1. Snoring. Heavy snoring has been linked to a 67%
increased risk of stroke, according to a
new study on the
link between snoring and stroke of over 47,000 people.

2. High Blood Pressure. High Blood Pressure, over 140 for
the top number or over 80 for the bottom number
increases your risk of stroke by 30%.

3. Eating red meat.  A new
study on the health risk of
eating red meat has found that, if you eat red meat more
than 3 times a week, you have a significantly higher --up to
20% higher--risk of stroke.

4. Angry personality. People with angry personalities have
a 20% higher risk of suffering a stroke at some point in
their lives.

One yellow onion
One apple

Mix the cooked cabbage with the diced
apple, carmelized onion, cranberries(or
